There were several times when I was told by the doctors that a full recovery was not possible.\u00a0 Each time I turned to the Christian Science textbook, <em>Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures</em> by Mary Baker Eddy and The Bible for support and inspiration. I studied healings of broken bones and loss of motion (i.e. walking).\u00a0 I was walking in just a few days and the nurses and doctors said that they were very impressed.\u00a0 When I left the assisted living facility, one doctor believed I had recovered so quickly because of my trust in God. Also, One of the nurses very lovingly thanked me for the Christian Science Monitor and Christian Science Sentinel that I had shared with her.</p>\n<p>Ruth Whitbeck</p>\n",
